 Q: My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Don't worry — we've got you covered. Email us at info@gutblissyou.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged product
Your delivery address

We'll arrange a replacement right away.

Q: I received the wrong flavor. What do I do?

We apologize for the mix-up! Email us at info@gutblissyou.com with your order number and the flavor you received vs what you ordered. We'll send the correct one as soon as possible.

Q: Can I return my product?

As our products are consumable food items, we're unable to accept returns unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. We hope you understand.

 

Q: Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed only in cases where:

Your product arrived damaged and a replacement isn't possible, or
We sent you the wrong product and are unable to fulfill the correct order

In all other cases, we encourage you to reach out and share your feedback with us.
