  • 1 cup water or diluted milk

  • A drizzle of honey or jaggery (optional)

Method:

  1. Add porridge mix to water or milk in a pan.

  2. Cook gently on low flame, stirring continuously.

  3. Let it thicken to a smooth, light consistency.

  4. Add a little honey if desired.

  5. Serve warm.
